     Care Instructions

How to take care of my leather item ?

– All leather items can last for a lifetime if they regularly maintained and treated well. Leather is skin and just as you would clean your own.
– Please make sure that all the leather clothing line and acessories can be only DRY wash
– If you will be covering your leather when you are storing it; cover it with a breathable cloth like cotton sheets.
– Do not cover your leather clothing with plastic. The plastic will cause the leather to dry out.
– If your leather clothing or acessories becomes wet, let it dry at room temperature.
– Protect against excessive sunlight, dryness and heat.
– Sunlight will fade and dry out leather.
– Dryness will cause leather to crack.
– Heat will dry out the leather and cause further damage.

Can I wash my TIE DYE clothes in washing machine??

All the tie dye clothing line are originally hand dye by us, and need to be HAND wash only. To keep the color longer vibrante .

What are my payment options?

We do accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

I don't have card. Can I pay via bank deposit?

Yes, we do accept payment via bank deposit or transfer. All you have to do is choose Payment Method Offline Payment when checkout and you will receive an mail with the details for finish your order.

  Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes , we shipping worldwise via Ctt Portugal – Registered Mail. All the orders are shipping with tracking number.

How long will it take to my order arrive after I make payment?

Ready to wear items will be shipping within 5 working days. Delivery time inside Europe takes between 4 – 6 working days and for outside Europe 12 – 15 working days. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order. Remember some countries take more time due the customs.

How can I track my orders?

For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after your order been dispached. Use this tracking number to follow your package at www.ctt.pt .

 Return & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes , we do accept returns if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order. However we do not accept returns from Custom Orders. Make sure you describe all details you want for your order on the Custom Order Form.

I want to return my purchase. What I have to do?

If you want to return your order please e-mail us at sigatribal@hotmail.com within 5 days after received,  letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item to:

 * Buyer pays all shipping costs in the event of a return.

When do I get refund?

Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process. 

Products must not be damaged, never worn or have been further altered.
